The designers behind the 2017 model of the Smart Fortwo, which is modern equivalent of the SmartCar which was sold between 1998 and 2002, have incorporated a variety of innovative safety features into their latest design. 1. Passenger air bag off switch
Passengers who plan on transporting their children to and from after school activities, will love the fact that they can turn their passenger air bags on and off.
2. Extra air bags
When smart cars first appeared on the market, smart car owners who were involved in motor accidents did not have a lot of protection. As your average smart car is a lot smaller than a traditional car. In order to offer customers more protection in the event of an accident, the designers of the 2017 Smart Fortwo significantly increased the number of the Smart Fortwo’s air bags.
